Leadership Post-Blog

I made it.  Tonight is the last class in Leadership.  Overall, I was noy all that surprised with the way my LPI turned out.  Generally, my thoughts were in line with most others.  I'm looking forward to working on the opportunities pointed out on the survey.  Over the next several months, I will be working on 5 area which were identified as areas that could be improved.  I plan to take the LPI again in 9 months, to see if anything has changed.  With a little luck, the things I need to improve on will go up and I can focus on others attributes.
